Please note the following issues, they are important and will affect you:

1. Locking of Security Gates at the Squash Club
We have been informed by Stamford School that the security gates which have recently been installed at the entrance to the squash club and sports hall will be locked from 10pm to 6am, effective immediately.

Please therefore ensure that if you have parked your vehicle in the car park that you vacate the car park before 10pm.

Although the caretaker will try to ensure that the Squash Club and Sports Hall are not in use before locking the gates, it is in your interest, and your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is not locked in overnight.

2. Parking Permits for the Club and Sports Hall Car Park
Additionally, in order to prevent abuse of the car parking facilities, passes will be issued to Squash Club Members. This will take the form of a card which must be placed in a visible position inside your vehicle when using the car park. Vehicles will be checked for a visible card after the beginning of April 08.

During school holidays the gates may remain locked until 10am. Any members wishing to gain access before then, or in case of emergency, may contact the caretaker on 07973 857744.
